Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident before you buy. That's why BaringaSoft Pulse comes with a free 30-day trial — full access, no credit card required. The trial is your real evaluation period. But if you purchase and something doesn't work out, we've got you.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at baringasoft@tuta.com with your license key or order number. That's all we need. We'll confirm the refund and process it through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license key is deactivated
- The Software reverts to read-only mode (same as an expired trial)
- Your data is not deleted. Everything stays on your machine, encrypted and intact — you just can't add or edit records without an active license
If you decide to purchase again later, you can activate a new license key and pick up right where you left off. Your data will be waiting.
After 30 Days
Refund requests after 30 days from the date of purchase are handled at our discretion. We're reasonable people — if something genuinely went wrong, reach out and we'll talk through it.
Technical Issues
If BaringaSoft Pulse won't launch or function on your machine due to a compatibility issue, we'll work with you to fix it first. If we can't resolve it, we'll issue a full refund — regardless of how long it's been since you purchased.
"Doesn't work" means the app fails to run, not "there's a feature I wish worked differently." For feature feedback, email us — we genuinely want to hear it.
What We Can't Refund
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase (unless it's a technical issue we can't fix)
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us — please reach out before going that route
- Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns that abuse the policy
LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who serves as the Merchant of Record. Refunds can be requested through us (preferred — we're faster) or directly through LemonSqueezy. LemonSqueezy's own refund and billing terms also apply to your transaction.
